For coworking spaces, you can post your space, list your members, jobs and events at your space. For professionals looking for work, we allow you to promote your services by creating a portfolio on the website to gain more clients. When creating a portfolio on the Cowork Unite website, we allow those that are seeking a professional a way to connect with a freelancer who best fits their needs. Additionally, we do promote freelancers via social media websites and at trade show events we attend.
All personal information is kept private until professionals decide to ‘send a quote’ and contact a job poster. Creative professionals will have access to client’s contact info, once they apply for the job. Some information will be kept private if opted to by the client. Since we do not see the emails sent to job posters, we currently do not have a way to inform people when a person has been chosen for the job and when the job has closed. We encourage job posters to please inform freelance professionals when a decision has been made regarding a job.

On the edit professional portfolio page, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on ‘Add logo’ to add a logo, ‘Add header image’ to add your image used as your profile picture, and ‘Add more’ to add additional pictures. After you have uploaded your pictures make sure to push the ‘update’ button.
At this point, the only way to change the order of the images in the gallery is to delete them and upload them again.
The photo you used my be larger or smaller than what Cowork Unite accepts. Try resizing the photo, then uploading the re-sized photo to your Cowork Unite account.

We sometimes feature professionals we are impressed with, but to guarantee that your portfolio gains notoriety on the website you can pay $30 a month to have it featured on the first page of the browse portfolios section.

We encourage freelancers to quote on a job based on getting paid fairly. If the budget of the job is not fair and too low for the amount of work we suggest contacting the client to explain why their budget is unrealistic for the amount of work and propose an alternative budget or alternate job scope.
If you do not like any of the quotes that you get on your job then we suggest that you continue searching for the quote you desire and we suggest increasing your budget.

No. Unfortunately there is no way to quote (or offer a trade) on a closed job. Cowork Unite limits the number to 6 bids on most jobs. We do this so it is fair for the creative professional. Also, job posters also get confused if they get more than 6 quotes from freelancers. Plus it helps cut down on spam.

Cowork Unite does not assign professionals to jobs directly. Professionals choose to receive emails for jobs that is in their field of interest.
Be patient! Sometimes it takes some time for creative professionals to generate a quote that best suits the jobs requirements. If the job expires and you do not receive a quote, you may increase the budget of your job and post it again. To re-post your job please contact us.
